Situated in Guiseley, near Leeds, North is an original concept in mens hairdressing. Husband and wife team Richard and Lisa North decided to open a men only salon which had a strong urban feel, offering contemporary cutting and colouring techniques alongside traditional barbering and wet shaving.

North is already an established name. The original business was started by Richard's father in 1937 in premises just 20 yards down the road.

Richard North trained at Vidal Sassoon and then went on to work in exclusive salons in Leeds city centre before embarking on his own venture.

North have created a contemporary male environment with a stylish reception area and modern salon. While waiting for your appointment they provide a wide range of magazines for you to enjoy - during the day you can also enjoy a freshly ground coffee, while evening appointments can enjoy a complimentary cold beer!

North are passionate about cutting hair and providing a great service. Their dedication has attracted a loyal client base, and their excellent reputation brings in a steady stream of new faces.
